Ready, set...

I'm committed to losing the weight so I'm starting now to change my routine. Today I ran 35 minutes on the treadmill. That's not unusual for me, (sometimes I go through a long slump where I don't exercise at all though) but the part I struggle with is the food. If you all have any great tips on healthy eating, let me know! I hope you will all participate and post as you like! If you want to set a goal for weight loss over the first month, I will cut you out ANY vinyl sticker you want if you achieve your goal!!! Just send me your goals or post them on the blog!

I'm really excited about this, the more who participate the funner it will be!
