I feel like I've entered the zone. I pretty much think about everything I eat and plan meals ahead plus I'm getting in some exercise. I'm looking forward to another good weigh in!!!

I'm so far from the zone it's embarrassing. My hormones are all out of whack, so is my stress, and so is my temper. Chocolate helps. :) I can do better once the PMS calms down. I think.
